A friend has a 12 year old nephew in the Philippines who recently had a hemipelvectomy amputation to treat osteogenic sarcoma. They have reached out to me for information on treatment options and (short and long term) implications. I have limited experience with this amputation level in the pediatric population and am looking for any input anyone has to offer.
