K2 500 lb foot

Dear listserve. We are trying to find a foot that is coded as a k2
ambulatory foot for a gentleman that weighs 440 lbs and may increase. Is
any one aware of a foot that can be billed with a k2 code that fits.
Or will Medicare pay for a k3 foot with any justification?
