I need to replace the foot shell of a 5979 foot and I need to know how to code this for Medicare. I recall there being an RP modifier for situations when a portion of a code was provided.  Is this modifier still accepted by Medicare?  If not, what does one do?  I also will most likely replace the urethane bushings while I’m at it. 7500 plus 7510, right?
