Is anyone at Level 4 or Level 5 of the appeal process yet?

Is anyone at Level 4 or Level 5 of the appeal process yet? I am particularly interested to know if anyone has filed a civil suit at Level 5 yet. If so, please contact me. I am more than willing to assist anyone who is wanting to file with level 5. I have been dealing with level 4 lately, so I can help with that as well.
