Dear Colleagues and Guests,
WOW !!! Wait until you see the replies. I’ll wait one more day, at
least, but it’s tempting to post the responses now. There are not that
many, but I believe they are significant. I wish we had this kind of
response for all of our Medicare and Medicaid problems. Better yet, some
of the replies are coming from very well known and respected “seasoned”
veterans in the field. This is the kind of stuff that trial and ALJ
lawyers revel in because it is coming from a variety of folks around the
country. The moral of the story, it tends to set precedent. Thanks to
everyone who has responded thus far.
