What is the appropriate maximum height for AK stubbies?
Typically I keep them pretty low to the ground, but recently I have been working with an exceptionally athletic bilateral AK amputee. To give you an idea of his activity level he is involved in wheelchair basketball and sled hockey. He is currently fitted with the KISS Dynamic Flexible Keel “Stubbie” feet and I raised his IT to floor height from about 20″ to about 30″ and he wants to go higher.
Any advise from personal experience would be welcomed.
Thanks, Chris Dang CPO
