Elevated Vacuum Suspension and Cigna

Hello List,

We have a below knee amputee that we would like to provide the OttoBock
Harmony system for, but just discovered Cigna has it excluded from coverage.

Has anyone had success in getting Cigna to cover elevated vacuum socket
technology? We don’t want to delay the patient if it will be an exercise in
futility.

Any suggestions and feedback is appreciated.
