Dear O and P List Subscribers,
I want to thank those of you who have participated with my surveys in the past.
This latest one uses some validated instruments to measure our perspectives on leadership traits, skills, styles, and goals. The intention is to understand how important tasks, relationships, and values are to our perception of leadership. It is completely anonymous and does not ask you to identify yourself. Although you are asked to think of a supervisor or co-worker, the tests are intended to measure your personal values and attitudes only. I want to see if there are any unique characteristics to O & P and how we compare to other areas of healthcare.
