Suspension Systems

Can anyone help me with this question on Medicare billing of multiple
suspension systems on the same date of service. Can L5647 or L5652 be
billed with L5671 if modifications were made to the socket to include a
lock and a valve? How about a hip joint and a valve or a PTS suspension and
a lock combination?
