Opinion about case

Martin Duran

Hi to all

I would like to comment this case. It is a girl with AK amputation
she has 13 years old and also has overweight, she has a normal tissue.
We are going to adapt a prosthetic. And currently have a DISCUSSION
with Technicians about what kind of suspention should we use.

1. On one hand it proposes to put a liner with pin, with the idea that
being first time to use prosthesis will have a reduction on her stump.
is thought to handle with socks for the stump.Until to stabilized the
volume. Then make a change for a valve system.

2. The other operation is proposed to fit a socket with Valve, which
is going to be changing as required for the reductions.

Which one do you think should be the best way to handle this case?

Or if you have an opinion different please tell us.

Thank you for your participation

All have good day
