four-hole pyramid with large diameter through hole for shuttle lock pin

Hi List,

For large diameter shuttle lock pins, does any manufacturer make a 4-hole
pyramid with through-hole for the pin that is any larger than 10mm in
diameter? The pin I used only measured a fraction of a millimeter smaller
than the hole in the one I typically use, and binding will be an issue if
the patient doesn’t don the locking liner perfectly.
