Bilateral below knee amputation having scar tissues.

Hello every one.
I am working with a patient having bilateral Trans tibial amputation,patient will be in K2 leval ,and i am planning to start his preparatory prosthesis,but patient his scar tissue at distal end,and very bony almost no tissue at distal end.Any suggestion about liner and suspension?
