I would love to offer one of my patients (who needs new KAFO’s) some knee flexion in her gait – like the UltraFlex UltraSafeStep or some of OttoBock’s knee joint options. Is anyone aware of child size joints that will do that – she has good control in the sagittal plane& can function in AFO’s, but her valgus knees are a concern & she has had femoral osteotomies – so transverse & coronal/frontal control are required
If not I guess hinged AFO sections will have to suffice!
