O&P CMN

Hello Listers,
I am looking to update our CMN and was wondering what others are using. I want to make sure all necessary fields are involved, i.e. medical necessity, diagnosis. prognosis, start date, etc. I need to update our software CMN and would like to get it correct the first time.
