Does anyone know if Medicare is allowing L5647 and L5671 to be billed together using the same date of service? If I remember correctly, the language in the CMS article I read stated that L5671 is not a component of L5647 or words to that effect. Am not sure if that means we can’t bill them together or if we can. Sorry but I’m home now and don’t have the website at the moment so I don’t have the exact wording. Thanks.
