Flexion offset adapters

Hello All.
To all the Canadian Practitioners out there, can anyone tell me where you buy your offset plates for AK sockets with pins? I love the Bulldog Tools ones but we don’t have an account set up yet with them. So is there anything I can purchase quickly perhaps through OrtoPed or MOT?
Also, my patient is 260-270 lbs so it must be fairly robust.
