So….. According to this lawyer all pin lock prostheses require a secondary locking mechanism to engage should the primary system fail. What do you suppose the third party payor would say when you billed two locks on one prosthesis? And here I thought that when you have a problem on your lawnmower, you were supposed to turn the key off!
