I want to measure a Free Walk Orthosis from Otto Bock. I have measured one
in the past.
I have the measurement kit with all the relevant equipment and the “Taking
Measurements for Otto Bock Free Walk Orthosis Technical Information 5.4.1”.
But all the other forms that we need to fill out is in German.
I would like to find out if any practitioner out there have the forms on
which I can record the measurements taken as well as the Patient Data Sheet
647F137=D in English.
This is then basically the forms that you need to send to Otto Bock from
which they manufacture the Free Walk Orthosis.
