responses to order cancellation

Tom Heckman

Thanks to all for the responses It was clear to most of you that the orthosis was fabricated as prescribed and that it did indeed fit the patient. The practitioner(s) did their job and the patient simply decided not to accept it, opting for surgery instead. It has all been discussed with the patient who is in agreement that we are entitled to bill for a portion of our service. We have no intention of holding the patient responsible for anything. In the past we have submitted a paper claim with a statement from the patient as well as any appropriate invoices. As usual, the more documentation the better. Everyone have a great holiday weekend!
