A fellow CPO from NY helped us identify exactly what we are searching for. It is the NYU “Lower-Limb Orthotics” Manual “1974 revision” WITH the “Including Orthotists’ Supplementation” section, pages 367-535 that include tracing, measurement, and layout for below-knee and above knee orthoses as well as fabrication sequence for below-knee and above knee orthoses.
I have not been able to find a copy on-line for purchase and AAOP does not have this item in their library. NCOPE is also checking into its availability.
If anyone knows where a copy that is available for purchase, we would greatly appreciate the information and contact info.

Subject: NYU Technical lower limb orthtics manual
We have been looking for a copy of the original NYU tech manual for orthotics that was published in the 80’s without success. We found and purchased the NYU Lower-Limb Orthotics manual, although useful, is not exactly what we were looking for. We are looking for the manual that focuses on technical fabrication and specifications vs. clinical information instead. They look very similar and are both paper back. Any information or links would be greatly appreciated.
