Hello List,
I am wondering if anyone can tell me has Medicare been covering the L5782
Heavy Duty Vacuum Pump code? Or did this get lumped into them not covering
Heavy Duty codes? What are others experience in billing this for a patient
over the weight limit for the standard vacuum “harmony” pump.
