In October the O&P Edge published an article about how the RAC audits were
coming to the O&P community and discussed how to prepare for them, which was a
rather helpful article as our clinic has just received our first RAC Additional
Documentation Request. Has anyone else experienced these yet and do you care to
share your experience? Specifically as it relates to the outcomes? Have you
received more than one audit request?
We are trying to figure out what else to expect from this so any feedback on
your experience would be greatly appreciated.
