Medicare supplier manual

      It has been a while since I’ve seen or requested a Medicare supplier
manual.     I did so recently and was expecting to get one of about 600 pages or
more including “chapter 53” regarding policies on P&O.    What I got was about
150 pages – with chapters only into the teens.    Does anyone know what happened
to the version I mentioned earlier in my post?
