I’m working with a kid that’s growing into adult sized prosthetic feet but his transfemoral prosthesis is still built with 22mm parts. I have to get approval for any individual part I replace so I was looking to update the least amount of parts at this point since everything else is fine. I thought there was a tube clamp (possibly attached to a pylon) that mates an adult sized foot pyramid to the smaller pylons but have been unable to find it. Any suggestions?
