I recently came across the attached Gait Analysis form in a Rancho Handbook.. (A similar form is on pg. 72 of the newer Atlas of Orthoses.)
I’m interested in integrating this type of assessment into our clinical notes, and would like input/suggestions from anyone who uses a form similar to this.
