We are moving to a new town after many years and are in the process of
obtaining a CO and zoning permit. has anyone done this recently that has a
approved Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) or description that passed
their local officer.
We have clinical only offices where it hasn’t been a question but we are
moving fabrication as well this time. The zoning is for light industrial/mixed
use but we have to give a detailed description for final board approval.
