OTS locking knee brace

Hey guys, I am soliciting recommendations for an OTS knee orthosis with
locking joints. The only one I know of is a Donjoy product and I’ve not
been impressed with it. This particular patient also has a knee flexion
contracture, ~15 degrees. she is low functioning, in a nursing home and not
getting therapy. We are trying to avoid full KAFO as compliance would be
minimal.
