Aluminum tube clamp adapters

I would like to gauge the experience of the list with failures of Aluminum
Tube Clamp Adapters while in service on an endoskeletal prosthesis.

Please send me ONLY your experience with Aluminum components and I will post
the results.

Please only include failures where the patient was within the weight
guidelines for the product.

Any type of failures are fine to report, including those caused by loosening
adjustment screws.
