Pediatric Myo-electric question

Hello list,

I just evaluated a 2 year old child with congenital anomalies. He
presents as a BL transhumeral and a unilateral hip disarticualtion amputee. I
will be meeting with his orthopedist to discuss our long term plan. I am
interested to know what the consensus is on when to introduce myo-electric
upper extremity prosthetics. I will be starting conventional prosthetics
shortly.
