Custom Humeral Fracture Brace Code

Dear Colleagues,

I am trying to find an appropriate code for a custom humeral fracture orthosis. Searching the DMEPDAC I am only able to find the HCPCS Code: L3980

Long Description: UPPER EXTREMITY FRACTURE ORTHOSIS, HUMERAL, PREFABRICATED, INCLUDES FITTING AND ADJUSTMENT

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
