Responses for Prosthetic Thumb

Thanks to those who responded to my post on a prosthetic thumb for a patient who lost it during a hunting accident. The responses are:

You can make a finger driven device.
It is a little bulky but it is articulated. I will look for a picture.

Doug, I received your post from a colleague. Attached are some photos of a functional thumb. This design is from Partial Hand Solutions and is distributed by LTI. They can be contacted at 508 893 6363. This thumb is passively positioned and has adjustable friction for both flexion/extension and rotation. Take care
