Subject: Loud and obnoxious patient behavior

Dear list,I’m going to ask you for some help on this. What have you done if ever, if a patient comes into your office and yells and swears at the front office person and then attacks the practitioner with the same behavior?No reason for this really, Her prosthesis was not authorized yet and we were waiting for the ok to proceed .Every attempt was made to defuse the problem but she continued with foul language then left when she got in the last word.Trace Klein CP.
