Cervical kyphosis

Gil Gulbrandson

Hello all,

I had a nice gentleman referred to me with the dx of cervical kyphosis. In
essence, he presents with his head down, gaze directly down to his feet. He
cannot actively lift his head. He also suffers from parkinsons. His wife
reports that when he lies supione, his head extends back to a more normal
position. with gravity, not the case.

I have tried a variety of different strategies over the years for this type of
situation none of which have been successful. If anyone out there has had any
success with this challenging condition, I would appreciate your input.
