Duraflex
The resin used for the extrusion of Duraflex remained unchanged for 12
years. Last year, the resin was changed slightly by the original resin
company. As a result all thicknesses other than 3mm (1/8″) remained almost
identical. All customers have been happy with the results.
The 3mm however has performed differently – softer. We will continue to
carry the softer for customers who have been satisfied with the change and
it will be known as Duraflex – Soft. We have also modified the 3mm (1/8″)
and also provided 2.25mm (3/32″) to match the original Duraflex. Customers
using the modified Duraflex are very satisfied. It performs very much like
the original Duraflex. If you are having any problems, please contact us;
we will send samples of the modified Duraflex 3mm for you to try.
