Does anyone know of a manufacturer who has an off-the-shelf knee orthosis with a ratcheting lock for the knee joint? The ratcheting lock is to lock the knee in place as the patient extends the knee to prevent the knee from bending/flexing. When the patient sits back down, they will use a lever to unlock the knee joint to sit down.
