Does anyone know if Medicare approves a code for the cuff and collar
sling that must be provided with a functional humeral fracture
orthosis?

Randy,
The only Medicare code for a sling is A4565: Slings. This is the same
code
that orthopedists should be using in their offices when supplying any
sling
for the arm or shoulder.
