OPAF and The First Clinics are hosting a Sealed Bid Auction for two (2)
Grounds Ticket Packages to the 109th US Open Golf Championship to be held
June 15-21, 2009, at Bethpage State Park (Black Course) in Farmingdale, NY.
The Grounds Ticket Packages are valued at $400 each and offer tickets for
all seven days of the tournament, including a Monday ticket, in case of a
playoff. According to the US Open website, tickets are no longer available
though them, but a limited number will be available pre-championship on a
walk up basis. Their tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis
while quantities remain.
Here’s your chance to support the Official Philanthropy of the US Orthotic &
Prosthetic Community and enjoy all seven days of one of the great sporting
events of the year! To many, Golf is Life!
OPAF will be accepting sealed bids until Friday, June 5, 2009 at 5 PM EST.
This will allow time for bids to be opened and the tickets to be delivered
to the winning bidders! Please submit your maximum bid to OPAF at
Proceeds from the US Open Sealed Bid will allow us to continue hosting First
Clinics across the country at no cost to any participant. First Volley,
First Swim, First Swing, First Dive and launching in June 2009, McKeever’s
First Ride offer adaptive recreation to those served by members of the O & P
community. Your support helps us to continue our mission of “Giving Wings
