at 7:30 am at the Desmond Hotel in Albany on the 18th.
If you wish to do “On Site” registration for Ultraflex Course, you need to

Cash or check made payable to NYSAAOP for $250 will only be accepted.
If you have signed up for Otto Bock or Ossur, the courses WILL NOT BE
PRESENTED and you will be refunded. If you wish to switch your registration, please
