Dear List:
Thanks to all who responded to my posting for meeting dates. The response
has been tremendous!
It seems that there are many suppliers trying to gather the dates and
locations for all of the meetings during 2006 in an effort to make plans and
budget our time and resources. For those of you who are not aware, most
suppliers plan their meeting schedules very early in the year and it becomes
a bit difficult to attend some meetings that are planned later. It also
becomes a challenge when meetings are planned for the same time period,
particularly for smaller suppliers who may not have enough staff to cover
multiple meetings at the same time.
To try and make this process simpler in the future, Elizabeth Mansfield has
graciously agreed to post all meeting dates on her soon to be completed
website. Hopefully, this will make it much easier for those trying to put
together a consolidated list.
The meeting dates that I am aware of are posted below. While I can not
guarantee the complete accuracy of the list, it is accurate to my knowledge.
However, it is only an overview list of the dates and locations and does not
include contact information. Should anyone need specific contact
information please let me know and I will do my best to pass that along.
