Greetings,
I have been a bk amputee for 24 years and have recently, within the year,
become an O&P technician for a busy clinic in Gainesville, Florida. I am
interested in becoming a registered technician , but my understanding is
that there are only several schools in the country offering this academia .
My question is: are there any “on-line” courses or home learning programs
available that would be equivalent, as none of the listed schools are near
me, and I wish to start as soon as possible on the educational requirements
for achieving registered tech status.
I must add how proud I am to be part of such a caring and professional
industry..for those who have been in this for a long time.don’t take it for
granted.give your self a pat on the back – you deserve it!
