I am a student at Georgia Medical Institute. I am researching the “Ape
hand” syndrome. I have been unsuccessful in finding much information in the
library and internet search. I came across a definition of ape hand from James
H. McMahon which gave me a start but I am far short of understanding what ape
hand is, what causes it or how it is treated (maybe with splints??). May be
someone can give me a lead. Thanks.
