KAFO knee joint problems…..

KMH – Regional ALB

Does anyone have a solution for KAFO knee joint noise at full extension. Bang-bang-bang at full extension. Patient has an anterior plastic thigh section with a posterior leather wrap for closure; standard afo section with free ankle and loud polycentric knee joints at full extension.

These polycentric knee joints have no room for any adjustments to add noise reducing material. Any suggestions?
