Nomination to competitive bidding program committee

I need to know how to volunteer for committee position for the competitive bidding committee for off the shelf orthotics. I think I could be valuable to the organization because my experience as a non practicing CPO, previous DME and Prosthetics/Orthotics company with multiple facilities, Now Clinical Consultant for a Orthotics manufacturer Seattle Systems.
My Experience spans 30 years and is current.
Please assist me in any way possible to find the appropriate application site.
