Locking Mechanisms w/ built-in Air Expulsion

Eric Schwelke CPO LPO

To All:

So far, these are the only responses to my original post;

“Which shuttle locks w/ built-in air expulsion are being used out =
there?? Pros/Cons for each??”

I am ordering components from OWW, Fillauer, and Coyote to compare them = and will post my opinion at a later date.

OWW has one but I have not used it.

OWW sells the Alpha lock that combines a clutch lock with an expulsion = valve.Easy to fabricate and use.Overall good system.Comes with two = pins,all hard wear to assemble and make.No dummies to buy.Kinda = expensive but for the results it can be worth it.Plus if the amputee = can’t donn with the pin,add a sleeve and you get a suction socket.Use = alpha liners and a sleeve is not needed,the lock seals off at the distal = urethane of the liner. I know Coyote has one too but have not tried = it.Good luck.
