A couple of people have told me that they have received suspect emails from me. Such as with “smile” on it. Since they know I don’t smile they were alert enough to not open.
In checking, we have found that a couple of our branches have recently had viruses. Those offices go into OrPro’s server and thereby have access.
Our IT people have told us there is nothing we can do about it at this time.
If anyone receives an email form me (or other OrPro person) which is in anyway suspect, do not open it. We will always have a specific “Subject” on all our emails.
