To my esteemed colleagues,
I am sure that I am not the only one who has been short paid by medicare region D for the new spinal K codes. We used the crossover list from AOPA in Advance and for old code L0500, LS corset, which costs $48.96 from Truform for a 444HS, and the new allowable from region D is a wopping $62.54, so we lose money to provide it. Does anyone have any allowables available from region D for any of the new spinal K codes that they would be willing to share with the list? Thanks in advance. I’ll post responses.
