Dear List:

In light of all the documentation requests relating to the Reg. C probes, does anyone have any patient note formats or component/product justification verbage to use in patient notes? (Something beyond the obvious soap format.) Does AOPA have anything on this?

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m spending more time with patient paperwork than I am with patients.
