Joint Jacks Elbow ROM orthosis

I just received a call from an orthopod asking about a Joint Jacks Elbow
Orthosis. His patient has about a 45 degree elbow flexion contracture with
only about 5 degrees of supination and would like to help him stretch it
out. Has anyone heard of this device, or one similar to it? And where do I
purchace one?
