Dear Listserv members:
I just wish to take this opportunity to thank Paul Farber of Cast Room
Systems for resolving my missing cast saw blade problem so quickly. It seems it was
a simple oversight and the situation has now been rectified. I recognize
that they have repaired thousands of Cast Saws for many O&P companies in the past
and it was not my intention to make them seem untrustworthy because of an
isolated incident.
