Cheaper O&P Prices in Germany

Can anyone confirm this….I heard today at the AAOS meeting in San
Francisco that Germany has put a $3000.00 limit on a lower limb prosthetic.
They (national insurance program) are telling providers you can make
anything you want but we are only going to pay you $3,000.00.

Is this true?
